Since 2018, Golden Crust has been Portlands neighborhood bakery. Every morning starts before dawn — we mix, shape, and bake everything by hand using time-honored techniques and locally-sourced ingredients. No shortcuts. No premade doughs. Just honest bread, the way it should be.

Artisan Sourdough

Our signature 48-hour fermented sourdough. Thick, chewy crust with an open, tangy crumb. Made with Portland-milled flour and a culture thats been alive since day one.

Morning Pastries

Croissants, pain au chocolat, almond tarts, and seasonal danishes. Laminated dough, hand-folded with real French butter. Baked fresh every morning — never yesterdays.

Custom Cakes

Birthdays, weddings, celebrations — we make it beautiful and delicious. Choose your size, flavor, and frosting. Minimum 5 days notice. Weve done 500+ cakes and counting.

Coffee & Espresso

Stumptown coffee, hot and ready. Drip, pour-over, or espresso drinks — the perfect companion to whatever youre picking up.
